Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free to any address in the United States. There is no minimum purchase and no shipping fee at checkout. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Where your order ships from

DecorSupreme.com partners directly with independent US brands. When you place an order, it is sent to the brand's own warehouse and shipped to you from there. This means your item arrives in the brand's original packaging and is handled by the people who made it.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Large or made to order items such as furniture, rugs, and lighting may take longer, and any longer lead time is noted on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your order includes items from more than one brand, each item ships separately and you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Because orders are sent to our partner brands for fulfillment right away, we are not able to change an address or cancel an order once it has been placed. If an item is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@decorsupreme.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the brand and the carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund.
